Skill Training in Self Employed Tailor
The CSR Project for Skill Training in Self-Employed Tailor Job Role, sponsored by Convertech Equipment Pvt. Ltd, aims to empower individuals by providing vocational training in tailoring. This initiative enables participants to acquire industry-relevant skills, enhance their employability, and establish sustainable self-employment opportunities, contributing to their economic independence and social upliftment.
From 2017 to 2018, we worked across 2 districts in Jammu & Kashmir, providing training to women in self-employed tailor job roles.
Street Food Vendors (SFV) on Food Safety and Hygiene
The CSR Project for Street Food Vendors (SFV) on Food Safety and Hygiene, sponsored by Convertech Equipment Pvt. Ltd, aims to enhance the livelihoods of street food vendors by imparting knowledge and skills on food safety and hygiene practices. This initiative enables vendors to improve the quality of their food, reduce health risks, and increase customer satisfaction, ultimately contributing to their economic growth and well-being.
From 2018 to 2019, we implemented this project across 3 districts in Karnataka.
Skill Training Programme to Urban Poor Youths
The CSR Project for Skill Training Programme, sponsored by Convertech Equipment Pvt. Ltd, aims to empower urban poor youth by training them as Covid Warriors. This initiative equips participants with essential skills and knowledge to combat the pandemic, while also promoting awareness and education within the community. By creating a task force of trained Covid Warriors, the project contributes to the nation’s efforts in fighting the pandemic and ensuring public health and safety.
From 2020 to 2021, we implemented this project across 4 districts in Odisha.
IEC and Capacity Building of Segregated Solid Waste Management
The CSR Project for IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) and Capacity Building of Segregated Solid Waste Management, sponsored by Convertech Equipment Pvt. Ltd, aims to promote sustainable waste management practices among urban communities. Through awareness campaigns, training, and capacity-building initiatives, the project encourages stakeholders to adopt segregation-at-source practices, reducing waste disposal issues and contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment.
From 2020 to 2021, we implemented this project across 3 districts in Uttar Pradesh.
Skill Training in Food Safety and Hygiene
The CSR Project for Skill Training in Food Safety and Hygiene – Fish & Seafoods, sponsored by Convertech Equipment Pvt. Ltd, aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of fishermen, fish vendors, and other stakeholders in the fish and seafood industry. By providing training on food safety and hygiene practices, the project ensures that fish and seafood products are handled, processed, and sold in a safe and hygienic manner, ultimately contributing to improved public health and food security.
From 2022 to 2023, we implemented this project across 3 districts in Odisha.
Creating awareness and monitoring toilet facilities construction
The CSR Project, sponsored by Tegan Texofab Pvt. Ltd., focuses on creating awareness and monitoring the construction of toilet facilities under the Water Supply and Sanitation Division. This initiative aims to promote sanitation and hygiene practices, particularly in rural areas, by raising awareness about the importance of proper toilet facilities and ensuring their effective construction and maintenance. Ultimately, the project contributes to improved public health and environmental sustainability in Karnataka.
From 2021 to 2022, the project successfully supported the enhancement of sanitation standards in the region.
IEC activities for Environmental awareness and Plantation drive.
The CSR Project, sponsored by Tegan Texofab Pvt. Ltd., aims to promote environmental awareness and community involvement through Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activities, plantation drives, and the distribution of plants under the Green Earth initiative. This project fosters a sense of ownership and responsibility among community members, encouraging them to adopt eco-friendly practices, conserve natural resources, and contribute to a cleaner and greener environment.
From 2021 to 2022, we implemented this initiative across 3 districts in Bihar.
Youth Mobilisation and skilling at Common Facility Centre.
The Youth Mobilisation and Skilling project at the Common Facility Centre, Vadinar (Jamnagar), Gujarat, supported by UNDP India, aims to empower local youth by providing vocational training, enhancing their employability, and fostering entrepreneurship. By leveraging the Centre’s resources, the project bridges the gap between skills and opportunities, enabling young people to contribute to the region’s economic growth and development while improving their socio-economic prospects.
From 2022 to 2023, In this project we are mobilized 300 candidates and the project played a key role in enhancing the skills and opportunities available to the youth in the region.

This 3-month training program not only enhances employability prospects but also fosters economic independence and contributes positively to the local community. Upon completion, participants receive certification, paving the way for a brighter future. From 2023 to 2024, we implemented this project in Odisha State.

The CSR Project for IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) and Capacity Building for Water Conservation, sponsored by Convertech Equipment Pvt. Ltd, aims to promote sustainable water management practices in rural areas. Through awareness campaigns, training, and capacity-building initiatives, the project educates communities on the importance of water conservation, efficient usage, and harvesting, contributing to a water-secure future for rural India.
From 2021 to 2022, we implemented this project across 2 districts in Bihar.
Skill Development Training Programme
The CSR Project for Skill Development Training Programme, empowers underprivileged youth in beauty, hospitality, and digital literacy. This 3-month program enhances employability, fosters economic independence, and contributes to community development, culminating in certification upon completion. From 2023-2024, we successfully trained the candidates in Kathua and Kishtwar districts.
Skill Development Training Programme
Apis India Limited has initiated a skill development training programme under its CSR project in Jharkhand to empower the local workforce. The initiative is designed to equip participants with both technical and soft skills through hands-on training, expert-led workshops, and mentoring sessions from 2024 to 2025. By fostering employability and enhancing vocational competencies, the programme aims to drive sustainable socio-economic growth and create better job opportunities in the region.
