PMKVY 2.0 (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) is a flagship initiative designed to empower Indian youth with industry-relevant skills, thereby enhancing their employability prospects. The program is implemented by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
From 2017 to 2020, we have successfully enrolled 6,374 candidates, trained 6,243, certified 5,625, and placed 4,457 individuals in various sectors.
This initiative focuses on providing free training in COVID-related skills, empowering healthcare professionals, frontline workers and other stakeholders to effectively respond to the pandemic. Sponsored by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) in 2021 – 2021.
During this period, we have successfully trained 2,353 COVID healthcare professionals and placed 1,922 candidates in various roles.
PMKVY 4.0 is focused on training individuals in cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Robotics, Cyber Security, Data Science, and more. The initiative aims to enhance India’s competitiveness in the global market, drive economic growth, and create a future-ready workforce by upskilling and reskilling the existing talent pool. Sponsored by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), PMKVY 4.0 is a key program in strengthening India’s workforce.
Since its launch, we have been working across multiple sectors. To date, we have enrolled 2,000 candidates, trained 1,997, and certified 1,297 (with 240 assessments pending). Placement efforts are currently ongoing.
The Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC) project is designed to enhance the employability and livelihood prospects of youth in Tamil Nadu by offering industry-relevant skill training, entrepreneurship development, and placement support. By bridging the skill gap and fostering a skilled workforce, TNSDC plays a vital role in contributing to the state’s economic growth and development.
In this project, we successfully enrolled 88 candidates and placed 63 candidates in various roles.
Muthoot Fincorp partners with National Skill Development Corporation, offers Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) to employ and train people across sections and enable financial independence from 2019 to 2020. Under this project we have provided training under BFSI sector, trained 272 candidates and successfully placed 120 candidates.
The Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan (GKRA) was launched by Hon’ble Prime Minister on 20th June 2020, with a mission to address the challenges faced by returnee migrant workers to their home States. On the lines of the GKRA, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has undertaken demand driven skilling / orientation under Centrally Sponsored and Centrally Managed (CSCM) component of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) 2016-2020.
During this period, we have trained 5,185 candidates, certified 5,054, and successfully placed 3,805 candidates in various sectors.
The Rubber NULM-Maharashtra project, implemented by Rubber SSC, aims to uplift the urban poor in Maharashtra’s rubber sector by providing skill development training, entrepreneurship support, and self-employment opportunities. By enhancing their skills and livelihood prospects, the project empowers beneficiaries to improve their socio-economic status and contribute to the growth of the rubber industry in Maharashtra.
From 2019 to 2020, we successfully trained 88 candidates and placed 59 candidates in various roles within the sector.
The scheme focuses on upgrading the skills of minority youth in various modern and traditional skills based on their qualifications, current economic trends, and market potential. This training helps them secure suitable employment or equips them with the skills needed for self-employment.
From 2019 to 2021, we successfully trained 600 candidates, certified 595, and placed 454 candidates in various sectors.
The project, sponsored by NSKFDC and executed by SPORTS SSC, aims to empower Safai karamcharis by providing financial assistance, vocational training, and entrepreneurship support. The National Safai Karamcharis Finance & Development Corporation (NSKFDC) fosters self-employment, income generation, and economic growth, enabling beneficiaries to improve their socio-economic status and lead a dignified life.
From 2019 to 2020, we successfully trained 477 candidates and placed 344 candidates in various roles.
DDU-GKY aims to skill rural youth who are poor and provide them with jobs having regular monthly wages at or above the minimum wage. Skill Training: The program provides skill training to beneficiaries in a variety of sectors, including agriculture, construction, retail, and hospitality.
From 2021 to 2025, we successfully trained 700 candidates and placed 499 candidates in various roles.
The National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM) project, implemented by the Haryana Skill Development Mission (HSDM), aims to uplift the urban poor by providing skill development training, entrepreneurship support, and self-employment opportunities. By fostering sustainable livelihoods, NULM-HSDM empowers beneficiaries to improve their socio-economic status and lead a dignified life.
From 2022 to 2023, we targeted 3,976 candidates, certified 2,831 (with 1,056 results pending), and successfully placed 3,086 candidates in various roles.
Surya is a flagship scheme of Haryana Skill Development Mission for Short term skill Trainings, Training of Trainers, Up-Skilling and Recognition of Prior Learning for the Youth of Haryana with 100% financial support granted by Government of Haryana.
From 2023 to 2024, we enrolled 960 candidates, certified 229 (with 598 assessments pending), and the placement process for the candidates is ongoing.
Nai Roshani is a leadership development program initiated by the Ministry of Minority Affairs (MOMA) to empower women from minority communities. The project aims to empower minority women in the age group between 18 to 65 years old. This leadership development program will be initiated in collaboration with NGOs and other civil societies nationwide.
From 2018 to 2019, we successfully trained 125 candidates and placed all of them in various roles.
The SJKVY (Saksham Jharkhand Kaushal Vikas Yojana) project, implemented by the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS), aims at providing quality skills training to youth in the age group of 18-35 years and is being implemented across the state of Jharkhand and create job opportunities for 70% of successful trainees through placement-linked and self-employment training across various sectors.
This initiative is being carried out from 2024 to 2025. We have enrolled 300 candidates in this project, and assessment and placement are ongoing.
The SUDA NULM-Haryana project, implemented by the State Urban Development Authority (SUDA) under NULM-Haryana, aims to provide skill training and employment opportunities to the urban poor in Haryana. By focusing on industry-relevant skills and entrepreneurship development, the project enables beneficiaries to enhance their livelihood prospects, achieve economic stability, and improve their overall quality of life.
From 2021 to 2022, we successfully trained 2,779 candidates, certified 2,583, and placed 2,004 candidates in various roles.
This project, sponsored by National Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation (NBCFDC) and executed by SPORTS SSC, aims to provide skill development training and financial assistance to backward classes, enabling them to become self-sufficient and economically empowered. Through this initiative, SPORTS SSC offers vocational training, entrepreneurship development, and placement support, with a focus on enhancing employability and promoting self-employment opportunities among marginalized communities.
From 2019 to 2020, we successfully certified 406 candidates and placed 293 candidates in various roles.
The National Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation (NSFDC) is implemented by SPORT SCC that aims to promote economic empowerment and development of Scheduled Castes (SCs) in India.
From 2019 to 2020, we enrolled 390 candidates, trained 390, certified 377, and successfully placed 292 candidates in various roles.
The project, sponsored by NSKFDC and executed by the Paints and Coatings SSC, aims to empower Safai karamcharis by providing financial assistance, vocational training, and entrepreneurship support. The National Safai Karamcharis Finance & Development Corporation (NSKFDC) fosters self-employment, income generation, and economic growth, enabling beneficiaries to improve their socio-economic status and lead a dignified life.
From 2020 to 2021, we enrolled 60 candidates, trained 60, certified 58, and successfully placed 43 candidates in various roles.
The project, sponsored by NSKFDC and executed by Furniture SSC, aims to empower Safai karamcharis by providing financial assistance, vocational training, and entrepreneurship support. The National Safai Karamcharis Finance & Development Corporation (NSKFDC) fosters self-employment, income generation, and economic growth, enabling beneficiaries to improve their socio-economic status and lead a dignified life.
From 2020 to 2021, we targeted 60 candidates and successfully placed 39 candidates in various roles.
The NSKFDC project executed by National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), aims to empower Safai karamcharis by providing financial assistance, vocational training, and entrepreneurship support. The National Safai Karamcharis Finance & Development Corporation (NSKFDC) fosters self-employment, income generation, and economic growth, enabling beneficiaries to improve their socio-economic status and lead a dignified life. From 2019 to 2021, we targeted 550 candidates and successfully placed 485 candidates in various roles.
The SUDA NULM-MP project, implemented by the Directorate of Urban Administration & Development in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, focuses on enhancing the livelihoods of the urban poor by providing skill development training, promoting self-employment, and fostering entrepreneurship. The project aims to improve the socio-economic status of marginalized communities in urban areas of Madhya Pradesh.
From 2021 to 2022, we successfully trained 989 candidates, certified 447 (with 509 assessments pending), and the placement process is ongoing.
The NBCFDC project, implemented by IASC SSC, National Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation (NBCFDC) provides Educational Loans to the students of Backward Classes living below double the poverty line for pursuing general/ professional/technical courses or trainings at graduate and/or higher levels.
From 2019 to 2020, we targeted 140 candidates and successfully placed 105 candidates in various roles.
